Christina Chiaradonna

ORLANDO, Fla., April 14, 2026 – RumbergerKirk is pleased to announce that Christina Chiaradonna has joined the firm as Director of Finance, a strategic addition that strengthens the firm’s financial operations and supports its continued growth. In her role, she will work alongside the firm’s Chief Financial Officer Margaret Herod to help lead the financial operations of the firm.

Chiaradonna brings more than 15 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, executive reporting and strategic finance for Fortune 500 and private organizations. Most recently, she served as Director of Finance at HCLTech, where she led finance process optimization and automation initiatives for Marriott Vacations Worldwide. Prior to that, she spent nearly a decade at Marriott Vacations Worldwide, eventually advancing to Director of Financial Analysis for Corporate Marketing and Sales. Chiaradonna earned a Bachelor of Science in finance from Rowan University.
