Craig Alexander Gives Undergraduate Students a Look at the Basics of Civil Procedures
As part of the University of Alabama School of Law Pre-Law Undergraduate Scholars (PLUS) program, Alexander returned for a second year to offer an overview of civil procedures to program participants. Some of the key topics Alexander addressed include the organization of the Alabama state courts, how lawsuits are initiated, and the differences between pleadings and motions. Thirty undergraduate students at various colleges and universities participated in the four-week long PLUS program that prepares students for law school or a career in the legal profession.
