As part of The Managing Partner Forum and Thomson Reuters Managing Partner Series, a Leadership in Action podcast series was created featuring managing partners from midsized law firms discussing various topics. The topics were chosen based upon feedback, questions and insights the MP received from managing partners around the country.

The first Leadership in Action podcast features RumbergerKirk Managing Partner,  Frank Sheppard. His topic is “Building a Marketing Culture.” Sheppard discusses the business development culture shift at RK and the impact it has made on the firm’s success.
