During the National Conference of Vietnamese American Attorneys (NCVAA) annual conference, Partner Lan Kennedy-Davis participated on a panel discussing Labor & Employment Issues Related to COVID-19. The panel discussed the rise of workplace discrimination and harassment against employees’ race and national origin since COVID-19, particularly among Asian Americans. The panel stressed that employers should be cognizant on what conduct would be a violation of Title VII.
