Linda Bond Edwards moderated a panel addressing investigations before the Florida Commission on Human Relations (FCHR) at The Florida Bar Labor and Employment Law Section’s conference, “Practicing Before State Labor & Employment Agencies 2020” on Thursday, March 5, 2020 in Tallahassee.
The full day conference addressed issues attorneys face when practicing before the State’s labor and employment law agencies such as the Florida Commission on Human Relations (FCHR), the Division of Administrative Hearings (DOAH), The Florida Public Employees Relations Commission (PERC), the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity (DEO), the Reemployment Assistance Appeals Commission (RAAC), and the First District Court of Appeal.
