Richard Greenberg Addresses Rules of Professional Conduct During Defender Summer School
Richard Greenberg talked about “Navigating the Four Cs – Competence, Communication, Conflicts and Candor” during “Defender Summer School” hosted by Robert Wesley, Public Defender, Ninth Judicial Circuit and Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law held on August 6-7, 2018.
During the presentation Greenberg outlined how these four topics, and the rules of professional conduct which address them, form the foundation for an ethical and professional lawyer. “You must take steps to become and remain competent, you must communicate clearly with your client, you must avoid conflicts of interest, and you must be truthful in your dealings with courts, clients, and other lawyers,” advised Greenberg.
