RumbergerKirk Managing Partner Frank Sheppard Participates in Law Firm Leadership Panel at New York’s Harvard Club

ORLANDO, FL – Frank Sheppard, Managing Partner of RumbergerKirk, recently participated as a panelist in the Law Firm Leadership and Economic Forum that was held at the Harvard Club in New York on October 13-14, 2010. 

The program included discussions regarding management strategies targeted towards midsized law firms. Topics ranged from financial and economic issues to marketing and gaining a competitive edge and leveraging firm culture. In attendance were managing partners, chief financial officers and executive directors from midsized law firms from around the country.

Sheppard participated on the panels “The Changing Role of the Managing Partner: Striking the Balance Between Leadership, Management and Client Relationships” and “Building A Management Structure that is Right for Your Firm.”    

Sheppard focuses his practice primarily in the areas of professional liability, employment and commercial litigation. He earned his law degree, with honors, from Florida State University College of Law. Active in local Bar and civic organizations, Sheppard also serves the community as a member of the advisory board for the Hospice of the Comforter.
