RumbergerKirk partner, Sally Culley, will be a presenter at a seminar on October 14, 2009 hosted by Sterling Education Services, Inc.  Culley will present the topic "Fundamentals of Employment Law," with a focus on workplace harassment.

Culley is an attorney in the firm’s Orlando office.  A significant part of her practice focuses on the defense of employers against claims of civil rights violations and discrimination is another aspect of Sally’s practice. She represents clients in the public and private sectors against claims of discrimination, including those based on gender, age, ethnicity and disability. Culley also defends clients against wrongful termination, harassment and whistle-blower claims, and assists with the enforcement of non-compete agreements.
