Scott Williams Moderates Panel at the Annual Meeting of the AIRA
Last week, bench, bar and restructuring professionals from across the country gathered in Nashville for the annual meeting of the Association of Insolvency & Restructuring Advisors (AIRA).
Scott Williams moderated the session, “Auctions: Laws, Tips and the Cutting Edge” held on Saturday, June 16. The speakers included a group of leading restructuring professionals who discussed the lasted trends and best practices for conducting auctions. The discussion explored both practical and legal advice for auction participants and addressed some of the cutting issues in auctions such as credit bidding, finality and good faith purchasers.
