MIAMI, Fla. — RumbergerKirk is pleased to announce Thomas C. “Tom” Webb has returned as an associate in the firm’s Miami office. He focuses his practice on commercial litigation, appellate matters, employment and labor, construction disputes, and personal injury and casualty litigation, with an industry focus on insurance.

“We’re pleased to welcome Tom back to our Miami office,” said Scott Sarason, Miami Office Administrative Partner. “His experience in motion practice and appellate work will strengthen our litigation team and support the thoughtful preparation our clients expect. We look forward to his contributions and continued growth at RumbergerKirk.”

Webb’s experience includes preparing appellate briefs and dispositive motions, arguing motions at hearings, and handling discovery and case management. His work spans commercial disputes, employment matters, construction defects and accidents, and cases involving alleged traumatic brain injuries, as well as product liability and insurance matters.

“I’m excited to be back at RumbergerKirk and reconnect with colleagues I know and respect,” said Webb. “I look forward to bringing my experience to the team, continuing to grow as a litigator, and helping our clients work through the challenges that brought them to us.”

Before entering private practice, Webb served as a judicial intern to Judge Jose E. Martinez of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, researching legal issues and preparing proposed orders in civil and criminal matters.

Webb earned his law degree, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law, where he served as editor-in-chief of the University of Miami Business Law Review. He was inducted into the Order of Barristers and completed more than 500 pro bono hours during law school. Webb has also been recognized among the Miami-Dade Bar Young Lawyers Section’s 40 Under 40 in 2026.
