Graham Marcus focuses his practice in the areas of employment litigation, intellectual property, and professional liability. He represents school boards and high education institutions in matters involving claims of employment discrimination and retaliation, investigations by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the Florida Commission on Human Relations (FCHR) and other employment issues, as well as general liability, and other complex legal areas unique to educational institutions. Graham also focuses on intellectual property litigation, as well as the registration, prosecution, and enforcement of trademarks and patents. As part of his professional liability practice, he defends professionals from a variety of industries against claims of malpractice, including legal, healthcare, construction, and financial.
