The EEOC’s Blueprint for Realizing the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act

On Aug. 7, 2023, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) issued a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking for implementing the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act that was signed into law Dec. 29, 2022. Public comment on the Notice of Proposed Rulemaking will be available for 60 days (until Oct. 6, 2023).
