Reginald Guillaume focuses his practice on warranty and Lemon Law, product liability and casualty litigation.
He represents automotive manufacturers in all phases of litigation involving Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act and Florida Lemon Law including arbitration before the Florida New Motor Vehicle Arbitration Board and in lawsuits throughout the Southeastern United States.
In addition, he represents automotive and consumer product manufacturers in all phases of litigation against negligence and strict liability claims based upon alleged product defects.
Prior to joining RumbergerKirk, Reginald worked as an Assistant State Attorney, Felony Division in the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office.
