MIAMI, Fla., September 24, 2024 – RumbergerKirk announces seasoned construction and commercial litigation attorney Nicole Kwapisz has joined the firm as a partner in its Miami office. Kwapisz has extensive experience in construction and complex commercial litigation representing a wide variety of clients, including developers, architects, engineers, general contractors, and sub-contractors.

Kwapisz earned her law degree, cum laude, from St. Thomas University School of Law. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Studies summa cum laude from Barry University. Prior to attending law school, Kwapisz worked as a litigation paralegal in three renowned South Florida law firms, where she gained extensive experience in construction litigation. It was that experience that led her to become an attorney.
