South Florida’s Rapid Development & Legal Landscape

Erin Weinstock participated in a Fireside Chat focused on “South Florida’s Rapid Development and Legal Landscape on Wednesday, March 6, 2024. The conversation was moderated by Thomas F. Nealon, III and included a wide range of panelists including a real estate attorney, city planner and an environmental educator from the Tropical Audubon Society.

“This panel provided a unique opportunity to discuss all elements of the development process from zoning to city planning and environmental implications to the types of litigation that can follow once a property is developed,” said Erin. “As a construction defect attorney, it was interesting and informative to hear about how the development process works before our involvement. This global perspective is helpful once real property hits the litigation stage.”
