In Bromberg v. Sterling, LLC, a construction fraud claim of nondisclosure of substantial foundation and building rebuilding, the Plaintiff sought $475,000.00 plus punitive damages. Sterling convinced a jury that it had properly disclosed the prior construction efforts, and that the house was in good shape. The jury returned a defense verdict in favor of Sterling.
